The case is won on the file,
not in the meeting.
You knew the recommendation in the first ten minutes. What stands between that and a completion is the paperwork — the affordability narrative, the recommendation rationale, the lender and solicitor chasers, the protection cross-sell letter, the update the client rings you about twice a week. That is where the day goes.
Six hours a week on documentation is a case a week you did not write. At a typical proc fee, that is the whole year’s return on the machine, twice over.
The admin is not the advice, but it is what you are paid for
A broker is not short of judgement. They are short of the hours between the meeting and the application — and every one of those hours is documentation that has to be right first time, because a lender query costs a week.
Client circumstances cannot go into a chatbot
Income, debt, medical history for protection, the details of a divorce or a business sale. Nobody consented to that being processed on a server in America, and a broker who cannot answer the data question confidently loses the file.
The file has to read well two years later
Complaints and file reviews are not judged on what you knew. They are judged on what was written down. A thin note is a defensible answer that was never recorded.
A machine on a desk, working on your work.
Drafts the paperwork from the file you already hold
The recommendation rationale, the affordability narrative, the client update, the letter to the solicitor — written from your own notes and documents, in the practice’s own language rather than a template’s.
Turns a case into a checkable list
Every case has the same fourteen things that must be chased. It holds them, drafts the chasers, and tells you which ones are late — so a case stalls because a lender is slow, not because nobody followed up.
Sits in your office and stays there
A machine on a desk, not a seat on somebody else’s cloud. Client circumstances are processed in the building and do not leave it. That is the answer to the data-protection question, before it is asked.
Answered here, so you do not have to book a call to hear them.
Is this compliant for an FCA-regulated firm?
Providing you with software is not a regulated activity, and Centurion is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority — we supply a tool to firms that are. It drafts; the advice, the suitability decision and the sign-off stay with the broker and the firm, exactly as they do with a paraplanner or an administrator.
Can it see client data?
It runs on a machine in your office. There is no Centurion cloud holding client information — the model, the memory and the documents all sit on hardware you own. Your firm remains the data controller; the processor is you.
We use a CRM and a sourcing system already.
Good — it works beside them rather than replacing them. The sourcing decision is made in the sourcing system; the twelve documents that follow it are what this writes. It is a writing and chasing tool, not a CRM.
What does it cost and what is it worth?
€9,500 once, on a machine you own, or €475 a month for twenty-four months with the machine arriving in month six and title transferring at the end. If it recovers six hours a week, it has paid for itself well inside the first year — and you can compute your own proc fee per case to check that arithmetic.
What if it is not right for the practice?
Start with a First Build — one deferred job, €1,500, ten working days — and judge the output on your own paperwork before committing to the machine. The Brain itself carries a fourteen-day cancellation from delivery.
Two prices. Neither is hidden.
The same machine, the same licence, the same support. Pay once and it ships in fifteen working days. Pay monthly and you are working within five — and you own it at the end. The lease is twenty per cent more over the term, and that difference is the price of being paid later, not an interest rate dressed up as one.
- Working within five working days, hosted privately for you
- The machine arrives in month six, memory moved onto it
- Licence included for the whole term
- No credit application and no credit file pulled
No card taken. You get the draft agreement first.
- Arrives in fifteen working days
- The machine is yours from the first day
- Twelve months of licence included
- Stop at any time and keep everything
Secure card payment. Your receipt is immediate and the fourteen days to change your mind run from delivery.
Or order by invoice — the invoice follows within one working day.
| Lease to own | Buy outright | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | 24 monthly payments | One payment |
| Cost over the term | Twenty per cent more | The cash price |
| When you are live | Five working days | Fifteen working days |
| The machine | Arrives in month six | Ships immediately |
| Ownership | Title transfers at month 24 | From day one |
| Commitment needed | A monthly commitment | A capital decision |
| If you stop | The licence ends and the machine returns | You keep the machine and your memory |
The lease is an agreement drafted by a solicitor before it is offered, and you will see all of it before you sign anything. It is a subscription for a service with an option to purchase the equipment at the end of the term — not a regulated credit agreement, and no credit file is pulled. Because the machine cannot run without the licence and the licence is ours, the equipment itself is the security; that is why a small organisation with no borrowing history can have one.
Centurion Brain, in full
A small, quiet machine that sits on your desk and runs entirely in your office. It is specified, assembled, installed and tested before it ships, so it arrives working rather than arriving in boxes with a project attached.
See the machine and the price- A Centurion Brain — the machine itself, for your desk, running in your office
- Specified, assembled, activated and tested before it ships
- Your assistant on it, configured for your business before it leaves the bench
- A travel case, because the machine is yours and it goes where you go
- One setup card: plug in, join your wifi, wait for the light
- A named person and a dated call in week one
- Centurion Remote for iPhone and Android, for as long as you hold the licence
- Twelve months of licence, updates and support
Not for a firm looking for a sourcing engine or a lead generator. This does not find clients and does not recommend products; it does the documentation that follows your advice, so the advice can be given to more of them.
One machine. Two ways to pay for it.
Pay once and it ships in fifteen working days. Pay monthly and you are working within five, hosted privately for you, and the title transfers at month 24. Every figure and every term is stated above — you do not have to book a call to hear them.
